【Job Description】(Electronic Circuit Engineer)
・Analyze requirements and perform detailed design of in-vehicle electronic circuits
・Specification design, circuit design, simulation, and artwork adjustments
・Conduct fault analysis and quality verification (FTA/FMEA, etc.)
・Create prototype and mass production drawings, design review, and QA meeting materials
・Coordinate with component manufacturers and internal/external teams on specifications

【Location】

   Nationwide (Japan)

【Tools Used】
 OrCAD / CR5000 / CR8000 / SPICE / E-CAD / Oscilloscope, etc.

【Required Skills & Experience】
・Japanese proficiency at N2 level or higher
・Must reside in Japan

【Members】
・At least 3 years of work experience in Japan
・1+ year of experience in electronic circuit design or equivalent development
・Experience in analog circuit design and evaluation
・Experience coordinating with internal/external stakeholders

【For Leaders】
・5+ years of experience in electronic circuit design or equivalent development
・1+ year of leadership experience

【Preferred Personality Traits】
・Cooperative and respectful in teamwork
・Flexible in learning new technologies and information
・Proactive with sound judgment

【Preferred Skills & Experience】
・Knowledge of power conversion circuits (inverters, converters, power devices)
・Experience in training or mentoring team members (for leadership positions)

【Salary】
  Annual income: ¥4,500,000 – ¥10,000,000
  Monthly salary: ¥250,000 – ¥600,000 + bonuses
(Determined based on ability, experience, and age)

【Commuting Allowance】Up to ¥150,000 per month

【Bonuses】Twice a year (may include an additional performance bonus)

【Trial Period】2 months after joining (no change in conditions)

【Working Hours】9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
【Flextime system】Core hours 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

【Expected overtime】Approx. 20 hours/month

【Holidays & Leave】122 days off per year
・Complete 5-day workweek (Sat/Sun/Holidays off; 2 Saturdays per year required)
・Year-end/New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, special leave, childcare leave, etc.
