[Nationwide] Construction Site Manager (Experienced)
【Job Description】
Responsible for managing construction projects at building sites
・Overseeing the entire construction process from client meetings to project completion
・Managing schedule, quality, safety, and budget
・Sales activities and cost estimation
・Creating blueprints (some departments have dedicated drafting staff)
・Supervising subcontractors (craftsmen)
・Progress management and budget control
【Location】
Nationwide (Japan)
【Required Skills & Experience】
・JLPT N2 or higher
・Must currently reside in Japan
・Valid ordinary driver’s license
・Experience using CAD
・At least 3 years of experience in construction project management
・Holder of a Class 2 or Class 1 Construction Management Engineer qualification
【Salary】
Annual Income: ¥4,800,000 – ¥10,000,000
Monthly Salary: ¥380,000 – ¥800,000 (based on skills, experience, and age)
Includes 30 hours of fixed overtime pay per month
Bonuses: Twice a year (September and March)
Trial Period：3 months (no change in conditions)
Working Hours：9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. （Lunch break: 12:00 – 1:00 p.m. (flexible)）
