【Requirements】
Japanese Language Proficiency: N3 or higher
Gentle and active personality
Someone who can work long-term in Japan
【Basic Salary】¥205,000–¥260,000 per month (determined by skill, experience, and age)
【Overtime】Average 15 hours/month (applies once you start driving routes)
【Salary Increase】Available
【Bonus】Available (twice a year) — total of 2.20 months’ worth based on last year’s results
【Retirement Allowance】Available (after 3 years of employment)
【Allowances】Express bus / chartered bus driving allowance: ¥50,000–¥100,000
【Working Hours】5:10 a.m. – 11:20 p.m. (60minutes break)
※Actual working hours: 7 hours
【Housing】
・Apartment provided (one private room per person)
・No rent / utilities paid by employee
・Bicycle provided for personal use
