[Nationwide] Semiconductor Manufacturing Equipment Software Development Engineer
【Job Description】
（Semiconductor Equipment Software Development）
・Lead and manage software development projects for semiconductor manufacturing equipment
・Set project goals and scope, determine progress strategies, schedules, and resource plans
・Clarify team roles, assign tasks, and manage progress
・Act as a “hands-on manager” who also participates in development when necessary
【Location】
Nationwide (Japan)
【Required Experience & Skills】
・JLPT N2 or higher
・Must reside in Japan
・Software development experience using C language or C# (from basic design to implementation)
・Experience in team-based development
・Leaders：5+ years of development and basic design experience, Project leadership experience
・Members：3+ years of development and basic design experience
【Tools Used】
・C language track ：Linux, Shell Script, Database (Firebird)
・C# track ：Python, Visual Studio
【Salary & Compensation】
Annual Income: ¥4,500,000 – ¥8,300,000
Monthly Salary: ¥250,000 – ¥460,000 (based on ability, experience, and age)
Commuting Allowance: Up to ¥150,000/month
Bonuses: Twice a year (additional performance bonus may be provided)
【Trial Period】
2 months after joining (no change in conditions)
Working Hours：9:00～18:00
Flextime system: Core time 10:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
Expected overtime: approx. 20 hours/month
Holidays & Leave：Annual holidays-122 days
・Complete two-day weekend system (Saturday, Sunday, and national holidays off)
Note: Two Saturdays of work per year
・Year-end/New Year holidays, paid leave, condolence leave, special leave, childcare leave, etc.
