【Job Description】
・Provide management consulting and support to restaurants.
・Analyze location, menu, and other factors to propose solutions for attracting customers and solving operational challenges.
【Location】
Osaka
【Main Proposal Examples】
・Attracting customers and promoting sales using Gurunavi and social media
・Improving store operations through ICT tools.
・Proposing new menus based on the latest dining trends.
【Requirements】
・JLPT N2 or higher
・Currently residing in Japan
・At least 1 year of experience in one or more of the following areas
① Sales experience (regardless of product/service type, new or existing clients).
② Work experience in the IT industry (sales positions preferred).
③ Experience in restaurant management.
※ Must have experience operating as a store manager or equivalent (hall staff or kitchen-only experience not applicable).

【Salary】
Annual income: ¥3,120,000 – ¥4,410,000
Monthly salary: ¥231,300 – ¥327,800
(Base salary: ¥200,000 and up)
Includes fixed overtime allowance: ¥31,300 and up
Salary increases： twice a year (January and July)
Bonus： Twice a year (June and December)
Trial period : 3 months
Working Hours：9:00～18:00
Average overtime : less than 20 hours per month
