【Job Description】
・Provide overall care services at a special nursing home for the elderly
・Assist with daily living activities such as meals, bathing, and toileting
・Offer emotional support through conversation and recreational activities

【Application Requirements】
・Must hold a Specified Skilled Worker (Caregiving) visa
・Must have passed Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT) N3 or higher
・Must currently reside in Japan
【Salary】
Annual Income: ¥2,950,000 – ¥3,200,000
Monthly Salary: From ¥202,600 (depending on experience)
【Average Overtime】 Less than 10 hours per month
【Bonus】4.4 months’ worth (based on last year’s performance)
【Probation Period】6 months (no change in conditions)
【Working Hours】
・Early Shift: 7:00 – 15:45
・Day Shift: 8:30 – 17:15
・Late Shift: 10:30 – 19:15
・Evening Shift: 16:30 – 21:30
・Night Shift: 21:00 – 9:30 (includes 2 hours of nap time)
【Holidays & Leave】Annual Holidays122 days or more
・Paid Leave: Up to 20 days (granted upon hiring)
・Refresh Leave: 6 days per year
・Other types of leave available (e.g., condolence leave)
