【Job Description】
Nursing care work at a nursing home for the elderly
・Assistance with meals
・Assistance with bathing
・Assistance with toileting
・Assistance with changing clothes
・Daily life rehabilitation support
・Planning and organizing recreational activities and events
【Location】
Hyogo Prefecture
【Application Requirements】
・Must hold a Specified Skilled Worker Visa (Caregiving)
・Japanese level N3 or higher
・Currently living in Japan
【Salary】
Annual Income: ¥3,010,000 – ¥3,570,000
Monthly Salary: ¥215,000 – ¥255,000
Average Overtime: Less than 10 hours per month
Bonus: Twice a year (June and December)
Probation Period: 3 months
【Working Hours】Shift-based (8 hours actual work per day)
7:30～16:30
10:00～19:00
10:30～19:30
12:30～21:30
17:00 – 9:00 (night shift with allowance)
21:30 – 7:30 (late-night shift with allowance)
※ Break: 60 minutes (120 minutes for night shifts)
【Holidays & Leave】Annual holidays: 108 days
・Shift system: 9 days off per month (approx. 2 days off per week)
【Benefits & Welfare】
・Full social insurance coverage
・Qualification allowance (Certified Care Worker): ¥15,000
・Night shift allowance: ¥7,000–¥8,000 per shift (for certified care workers)
・Housing allowance: About half of rent (up to ¥35,000)
・Family allowance: Spouse ¥16,000 / Child ¥5,500 per person
・Transportation allowance: Up to ¥30,000 per month
・Retirement allowance system available
