【Job Description】
Assistance with daily life such as meals, bathing, and toileting
【Location】
Saga Prefecture, Japan
【Specific Duties】
Care and support for residents at a special nursing home for the elderly
・Record daily reports using a computer
・Provide transportation for residents (company vehicles are automatic transmission)
【Application Requirements】
・Must hold a Specified Skilled Worker (Caregiving) visa
・Japanese Language Proficiency: N3 or higher
・Must currently reside in Japan
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushi-shi) license
・Basic computer skills
・Valid ordinary driver’s license
【Salary】
Annual Income: ¥2,626,000 – ¥2,974,000
Monthly Salary: ¥179,900 – ¥203,700
【Average Overtime】
Less than 10 hours/month
Salary Increase：Available (Previous year’s result: ¥800–¥2,000 per month)
Bonus：3 times per year (Previous year’s total: ¥350,000+)
1st year: 2.6 months’ salary
2nd year: 3.5 months’ salary
Full amount after 3 years (based on evaluation system)
【Trial Period】
6 months (no change in conditions)
Working Hours : (Shift-based system)
（１）06:30 – 15:30
（２）08:00 – 17:00
（３）09:00 – 18:00
（４）08:30 – 17:30
（５）09:30 – 18:30
（６）17:00 – 09:00 (Night shift)
Break：60minutes
Holidays & Leave：Annual holidays105 days
・2 days off per week (according to work schedule; days off can be adjusted based on personal request)
