【Job Description】
・Supporting the daily lives of elderly people in nursing homes
・Meals, bathing, toileting, medication distribution, supervision, etc.
【Location】
Shizuoka Prefecture, Japan
【Application Requirements】
・Must hold a Specified Skilled Worker (Caregiving) visa
・Able to operate an iPad at a basic level
・Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N3 or higher
・Must currently reside in Japan
【Preferred Qualifications】
・Certified Care Worker (Kaigo Fukushi-shi) license
・Completion of the Initial Caregiver Training Course (Shoninsha Kenshu)
【Salary】
Annual Income: ¥3,152,000 – ¥3,960,000
Monthly Salary: ¥202,000 – ¥253,000
【Average Overtime】 Less than 20 hours/month
【Salary Increase】Available (once per year in April)
【Bonus】Twice per year (totaling 3.6 months’ salary; based on previous year’s results)
【Trial Period】3 months (no change in conditions)
【Working Hours】Shift-based system
Shift-based system with early, daytime, late, and night shifts（Night shift occurs 4–5 times per month）
Early shift: 7:30 – 16:30 (1-hour break)
Day shift: 9:30 – 18:30 (1-hour break)
Late shift: 10:00 – 19:00 (1-hour break)
【Night shift】
21:00 – 9:00 (1-hour break)
17:30 – 9:30 (2-hour break)
【Break Time】60minutes
【Holidays & Leave】Annual holidays105 days
・Two days off per week (based on work schedule; days off can be discussed and adjusted according to personal requests)

・Qualification allowance: ¥15,000 (for Certified Care Worker license holders)
・Night shift allowance: ¥7,000–¥8,000 per shift (depending on qualifications)
・Housing allowance: About 50% of rent covered (up to ¥35,000/month)
・Family allowance: ¥16,000 for spouse / ¥5,500 per child
・Commuting allowance: Up to ¥30,000/month
